All Applications:

Two forms of identification are required to open an account. One must be in picture form (passport, license) and the other should denote the applicant's mailing address as designated in the trading agreement. The copies or scanned documents should be faxed to 212-937-3845.

The initial deposit of $2,000 can be made by check or by wire transfer. Funds received by wire are placed into the account and available for trading within one business day. Personal checks may take up to 10 days to clear, depending upon the bank, origin, and amount. The trader will be informed by e-mail when funds have been applied to the account, and may commence trading.

Please do not send funds until after you have completely filled out the account application and received an account approval notice.

For joint accounts, each account holder must sign at the bottom of required signature page.
